Hamburg Music Boost
Hamburg Music Boost: free training for participants in Hamburg's music industry!
With the program Hamburg Music Boost, a unique opportunity is created for the actors of the Hamburg music industry to take advantage of free (professional) qualification measures.
The COVID-19 pandemic has far-reaching consequences for the music industry in particular. Especially the live music sector is affected by total breakdowns in many cases, and its collapse has a negative impact on the entire music industry ecosystem. Along with this, it is clear that the changing working and production conditions bring new challenges for music companies, their employees and the self-employed, which need to be addressed for sustainable crisis management and continued resilience. Professional development is key to this.
This is where Hamburg Music Boost comes in. The program offers individual qualification measures and professional development for employees, managers and (solo) self-employed people in Hamburg's music industry. In addition to general offers, tailor-made offers for companies and their employees as well as for self-employed persons are designed and provided following regular needs analyses.
The program "Hamburg Music Boost" is part of the European Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic and is financed by the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) and implemented within the framework of the Hamburger Weiterbildungsbonus PLUS.
