REAVES

REAVES (Resilient Ecosystems for AV&M Entrepreneurial Support) is a European project platform that brings together stakeholders from the film, gaming, and music industries to develop cross-sector solutions for supporting emerging talent and startups. The initiative is built on the recognition that the cultural and creative industries are not a monolithic block; rather, many shared challenges are still being addressed within isolated regional and sectoral silos.

By pooling results from 22 EU-funded projects, REAVES establishes a common ground for collaboration, knowledge transfer, and strategic alignment. The focus lies on tech-savvy talent and entrepreneurs who drive innovation and strengthen the resilience of regional ecosystems. Hamburg Music contributes directly to this mission by sharing key insights from our ongoing projects, MI-RAP and SONIC.

Through close cooperation between project partners, public authorities, educational institutions, and industry organizations, REAVES supports the development of coherent funding frameworks. This approach strengthens talent and business retention within local regions and ensures the cultural and creative industries in the Baltic Sea Region remain sustainable and internationally competitive.
