Recruiting Coaching

Hamburg Music

Since the end of 2023, “Recruiting Coaching” has been offered to small and medium-sized companies in the Hamburg music industry. This program enables companies to receive further training on HR topics relating to finding and retaining employees along the three categories of employer branding, recruiting and retention. The aim of the individual coaching is to provide selected companies with access to HR knowledge, identify their HR challenges and provide initial selective assistance from hooman Employer Marketing experts.

Following the successful implementation of the first edition, the Recruiting Coaching enters a second round in fall and winter 2024-2025. As part of several company-internal, dialog-oriented coaching sessions, we offer practical support to identify specific challenges in human resources and develop targeted solutions.

The kick-off event and subsequent in-house coaching sessions took place on Monday, 18.11.2024.

The recruiting coaching is part of Hamburg Music's skilled worker program and is fully subsidized. The program is funded by the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Ministry of Culture and Media.
